The Town of Woodloch invites qualified vendors to submit bids for the Pool Structural Inspection and Renovation of Pool project. The scope of work includes:

1. Project Overview:

a. The Town of Woodloch is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to renovate and assess the structural integrity of the pool located at 2620 N Woodloch St Conroe TX 77385. The scope of work includes both renovation and structural assessment to ensure the pool meets safety standards and is in good working condition.

 

2. Scope of Work Details:

a. Site Assessment: The contractor shall conduct a comprehensive assessment of the pool to identify renovation needs, including but not limited to surface repairs, tile replacement, coping restoration, and any other necessary upgrades. b. Renovation Work: The contractor shall perform all necessary renovations as identified during the site assessment, following industry best practices and using high-quality materials. This may include repairing cracks, replacing damaged tiles, refinishing surfaces, and enhancing the overall aesthetics of the pool.

 

3. Structural Assessment Scope of Work:

a. Structural Inspection: A qualified structural engineer shall conduct a thorough inspection of the pool to assess its structural integrity. This includes evaluating the walls, floor, support systems, plumbing, and any other critical components for signs of damage, deterioration, or defects.

b. Report and Recommendations: Based on the inspection findings, the structural engineer shall provide a detailed report outlining the current condition of the pool, identifying any structural issues or safety concerns, and recommending any necessary repairs or reinforcement measures.

• Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked "Bid for Pool Area Organic Material Cleaning" if submitting in person to 2620 N Woodloch St Conroe TX 77385 or by emailing bid to mayor@woodlochtx.org

• Bids must be received by April 25th, 2024 at 2620 N Woodloch St Conroe TX 77385 or by emailing bid to mayor@woodlochtx.org.

• Late bids will not be considered.

Mowing & Property Maintenance Bid

Bid Request for Lawn and Property Maintenance Services

Scope of Work:

  • Mowing and upkeep of all green spaces, parks, and public areas within the Town of Woodloch.
  • Trimming shrubs, trees, and bushes in designated areas.
  • Maintenance of lift stations, water plants, and sewer plants as per the town's requirements.
  • Removal of debris and clippings from the maintenance areas.
  • Weed control and management as needed.
  • Edging along sidewalks, paths, and around flower beds.
  • Regular inspections and reporting on the condition of the maintained areas.

Duration of Services:

The contract duration will be for two years beginning on accepted date of bid by Town of Woodloch Town Council.
